Welcome to our FAQ section where we provide answers to common questions about our tours and services. We aim to address any queries you may have, but if you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our team.
- 01We recommend booking 3-7 days ahead for popular tours (especially Chichen Itza and snorkeling). That said, we often have same-day and next-day availability. Reach out and we'll make it work!
- 02Everything we list! Transportation, bilingual guide, entrance fees (when specified), equipment, and refreshments. If there's an additional cost (like park tickets you buy separately), we tell you upfront. No surprises.
- 03Absolutely! Many of our tours are family-friendly. We'll help you choose the right adventure based on your kids' ages and energy levels. We've taken countless families on unforgettable trips.
- 04We get it: plans change. Check our cancellation policy on each tour page. We're flexible and fair because we're travelers too.
- 05Yes! We're local, so we don't have the overhead of big companies. We price fairly and never inflate costs. If you find a comparable tour cheaper elsewhere (same quality, inclusions, and service), let us know.
- 06Completely, all our guides are certified, our vehicles are insured and maintained, and we have a perfect safety record. We treat every guest like family, because in our culture, that means everything.
- 07We'll send you a detailed packing list when you book! Generally: swimsuit, towel, sunscreen (reef-safe for ocean tours), comfortable shoes, camera, and a sense of adventure.
- 08Usually within 1-2 hours during business hours. Even on weekends! If you message us at midnight, we'll reply first thing in the morning.
- 09No worries! Just let us know where you're calling/messaging from and we'll work around your schedule. We're flexible.
- 10Absolutely! Many of our clients prefer it. We'll send you all the details, answer questions, and process your booking right in the chat.
- 11Fluently! Our entire team is bilingual. We also have team members who speak French, Italian and German if needed.
- 12Call or WhatsApp immediately. We monitor both 24/7 for urgent situations. For true emergencies, call... don't email.
- 13We operate mostly in the field (at cenotes, beaches, and ruins!), but we can absolutely arrange to meet you at your hotel lobby or a convenient location to discuss your plans in person.
- 14Because we want to give you the fairest rate! A solo traveler to Playa del Carmen pays differently than a group of 8 going to Tulum. Tell us your details and we'll give you an exact quote, no games, no surprises.
- 15It's real! That's our actual starting rate for shorter distances. Prices adjust based on distance and group size, but we're always transparent about the final cost before you book.
- 16Yes! The more people traveling together, the better the per-person rate. Groups of 5+ get especially good deals.
- 17No problem! You can book just arrival or departure. But if you book both together, you automatically save 10%. You can always add the return trip later (subject to availability).
- 18Nope. The quote we give you includes tolls, meet & greet, flight tracking, and water. What you see is what you pay.
